The below Terms & Conditions apply to any customers placing orders with Alexandra Design and form the contract between you the customer and Alexandra Design.

PLACING AN ORDER & STOCK AVAILABLITY:
Orders for any of our products can be placed via our Barclays Secure Online Website, by fax or by post.
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. We endeavour to advise on our website of any items that are currently out of stock. If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you. We shall advise you of the likely timescale of any delay, but you are of course at liberty to cancel your order and you will recieve a full refund. If we are unable to contact you within a 3 day period we will cancel the order and refund in full.
PAYMENT & OWNERSHIP OF GOODS:
Alexandra Design accepts all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Switch. You must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, which is held with your credit/debit card company. Any incorrect information given will cause delays in your order being processed. Payment can also be made by cheque for orders placed via post, please allow 7 working days for cheques to clear before order will be processed.
Ownership of goods will belong to the purchaser as soon as delivery has taken place.
DELIVERY:
All purchases are delivered to the address supplied at time of purchase. Please allow 28 days for delivery, all delivery timescales are estimated and can not be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to meet all delivery dates. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods.
It is the customers responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the couriers delivery consignment note. Alexandra Design must be infomed of any discrepancies by fax or email within 3 days.
Alexandra Design will not deliver any orders outside of the United Kingdom unless quote requested for delivery costs and costs agreed.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
Alexandra Design endeavours to ensure that all product descriptions are accurate. However, all dimensions given are approximate and may vary. We advise all customers that although fabric swatches are available to view on the website, colour reproduction may vary depending on your computer software. For this reason we suggest that customers request samples of desired fabrics through the Contact Us Page.
Pictures of products are as a representation only and should be used only as a guide. Specifications and/or colours of products may change without prior notice.
WEB ACCURACY:
Alexandra Design make every effort to ensure that the pricing of the products available on the website are up to date and correct. However, should an error in the pricing of a product occur, we will notify the customer immediately. The customer can then choose whether to reconfirm their order at the revised price or cancel. If we are unable to reach the customer or you fail to respond within 3 days, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS:
We at Alexandra Design are sure that you will be thrilled with your purchase. However, in the unlikley event that you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the outlined conditions within the returns policy are met.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected and Alexandra Design complies with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
