All purchases are delivered to the address supplied at time of purchase. Please allow 28 days for delivery, all delivery timescales are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to meet all delivery dates. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods.
The Courier 'Interlink' will attempt to deliver the products if there is no-one to sign for the product they will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on this card which will ask you to call their local depot to arrange a more conveinent time to deliver. It is the customers responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the couriers delivery consignment note. The signature given to the courier must be of a person aged 18 or over. Alexandra Design must be informed of any discrepancies in the condition of, or number of packages, if incorrect, by fax or email within 3 days of receipt.
Alexandra Design will not deliver any orders outside of the United Kingdom
There is a DELIVERY CHARGE of £20.00 on all orders delivered on the UK mainland.
Saturday delivery is available at an extra charge.
