Guarantees & Returns Policy
We at Alexandra Design are sure that you will be thrilled with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the outlined conditions below are met.
All customers must inform Alexandra Design by fax or email of their wish to return an item within 7 working days and return it within 28 days of receipt of item. Any items returned without prior notification will be refused.
If the goods are delivered in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. It is the customers responsibility to notify us within 3 days of receipt by fax or email. All items that have been damaged by couriers will be fully refunded. We cannot however accept any item for refund or exchange, which has been damaged after delivery has taken place.
All items to be returned (excluding damage by courier) must be in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. The full cost of the return is at the customers expense and the customer is responsible for the safety of the goods untill they are delivered undamaged to Alexandra Design. We recommend therefore, that the item is securely packaged, well labelled and sent via recorded delivery or courier service with the relevant insurance. All returns must be sent to:

Once the returned item has been received in a satisfactory condition, a refund will be made to the card that was used in the original transaction. Each returned item after delivery will be subject to an administration charge of £25.00 per item (excluding items damage by courier).
Bespoke Headboards, Footstools, Benchstools, Tablestools and Valances cannot be returned unless they are damaged by courier or found to be faulty. |
