How to Place Order
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER.
ONLINE: Orders can be placed directly on the website. Simply select the items you wish to order (adding one item at a time into the shopping basket), when you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout and follow the instructions. Payment is accepted through Barclays online secure payment facility and can be made with Mastercard, Visa, or Maestro (Switch). On receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email. This should be retained for your information.
BY FAX: Fax orders are accepted on 01584 891050. Simply send details of the items you wish to purchase with your Name, Address, a contact telephone number and your credit card details, including card number, expiry date & issue number. Payment is acceptable by Mastercard, Visa or Maestro (Switch). Once your order has been accepted Alexandra Design will send you confirmation of order either by fax or post. This should be retained for your information.
BY POST: Orders can be placed via post and CHEQUE PAYMENT is acceptable if preferred. Cheques should be made payable to Alexandra Design with your name and address, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number clearly written on the the back. Please allow 7 working days for cheques to clear before you order will be processed.

HOW TO SEND FABRIC FOR BESPOKE SERVICE:
All fabric should be at least 137cm wide and our fabric requirement information does not take into account a pattern repeat. If your own fabric has a pattern repeat, please inform Alexandra Design via the Contact Us page and we will advise you of any increase in the amount of fabric required.
Alexandra Design cannot take any responsibility for fabric that is lost in the post, for this reason we would suggest that you send your parcel by recorded delivery to:
